Divine Hope Chenin Blanc

• Grape varieties: 100% Chenin Blanc.
• Origin: The Breede River Valley is a sheltered wine-producing area in the Western Cape region of South Africa, surrounded on three sides by mountain ranges. The valley runs for approximately 130 kilometers in an eastwest direction.
• Vinification: Mechanical harvest. Grapes are 100% destemmed, with only 2 hours of press maceration, pressing without cut. Fermentation in stainless steel at temperatures of approximately 12 °C.
• Soil: Soil types in the Breede River Valley are varied. Surrounding the river, they are mainly alluvial, with some sandy loam in the Breedekloof area.
