First made in 1962, it is medium weighted, elegant and approachable yet with tremendous cellaring potential. Cool climate, a refreshing mouth watering style of Syrah. Well suited to French oak maturation. An “old world” sensibility with “new world” confidence. A more perfumed example of the varietal than its older cousin, the warm climate Bin 28.
