Santo Grau Paraty is a classic cachaça from the traditional region of Rio de Janeiro. A pure cachaça without barrel aging. It has a fruity aroma, is perfumed, and has an intense flavor. The sugarcane is grinded by a waterwheel. The fermentation is natural and it takes time until it reaches the ideal point. We use only the best part of the batch: the noblest part of distillation, known as the heart of the cachaça. The "engenho" (distillery) belongs to a family that has been producing cachaça in Paraty since 1803.
