Rare Spanish Sherry and Charred European Oak casks unite to become one complexly crafted cask. The hand selected casks are broken down, interchanged, and reassembled with a preceision honed by experience and exceptional skill. Each cask brings its own unique flavour, as does The Glenlivet Single Malt. When the staves of the casks are re-crafted side by side - charred oak next to sherry, these flavours are pushed further accesing depths that cannot be tasted alone. Rich flavour notes of orchard fruits, fresh honey, warming spices and hints of bonfire smoke.
