FAQs

When do I pay for the items?
You will only pay when you pick up the items at the store. If you choose the Online Payment option, we will pre-authorize the purchase amount on your credit card to ensure sufficient funds, but payment will only be captured when you pick up the items at the store.
What forms of payment do you accept in store?
Our customers can choose to pay in cash in the following currencies: US Dollar (USD), Brazilian Real (BRL), Euro (EUR), British Pound (GBP), Swiss Franc (CHF), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Japanese Yen (YEN). Only coins in US Dollars (USD) and Brazilian Reais (BRL) will be accepted. Payment can also be made with Traveler's Checks (TCs) in the following currencies: US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), British Pound Sterling (GBP). For payments made by debit card, the following brands are accepted: Visa Electron (in Brazilian Real or US Dollar), Redeshop (in Brazilian Real), Elo (in Brazilian Real or US Dollar). For payments made by credit card, the following brands are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Elo, Hipercard, JCB. We also accept PIX.
What happens if my travel plans change?
We will keep your reservation prepared and ready for collection until the store closes on your departure date. If you move to a later flight that day, your items will still be available for collection upt to 3 days after the original collection date. We understand travel plans can often change and so you are under no obligation to collect your order. If your departure or arrival terminal changes, we cannot guarantee the availability of all confirmed items, but we will guarantee your reserved offers.
How long before I travel can I place my order?
You can place your order between 35 days and 24 hours before your departure. Your order will be ready for pick-up 2 hours before your flight departure..
