Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red color with small orange reflections, to smell is vibrant, fresh with pleasurable sensations of red and exotic fruit, licorice, blackcurrant, vanilla and passion fruit. They dominate the notes of the Chianti Sangiovese, which merge well to cabernet important also in the characterization of this wine. To the palate expresses a pleasurable sweetness, is round, soft and sapid. Acidity and persistence characterize a very elegant aftertaste.
