  1. 10% discount on all Reserve Service orders placed at Shop Online at Shop Duty Free| Duty Free Airport Shops at the following participating locations: Belo Horizonte (CNF), Brasília (BSB), Campinas (VCP), Florianópolis (FLN), Fortaleza (FOR), Porto Alegre (POA), Recife (REC), Rio Grande do Norte (NAT), Rio de Janeiro (GIG), Salvador (SSA) and São Paulo (GRU) airports. Customers participating in the 'Red By Dufry' relationship program who place orders over US$ 350 on the same platforms and locations will receive a 15% discount.

  1. Offer valid only on full priced products.  The offer shall not apply to any products already discounted or on promotion.
  1. Discount should be applied and visible on cart level.
  1. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with the Red By Dufry member discount.
  1. Offer valid on all Reserve & Collect orders placed from 1 June 2021 and until otherwise communicated, and collected within 35 days of your order date.
  1. The Reserve & Collect order, once placed, must be collected within 03 (three) days of the pick-up date selected by the Customer. The maximum period of notice for creating a reservation is 35 (thirty-five) days prior to pick-up.
  1. Only available to international traveling passengers with a valid boarding card in airport locations. The name on the Reserve & Collect order must match the name on the boarding card. 
  1. This offer only applies to Reserve & Collect orders placed and collected at participating locations. If the offer applies to your departure location, it will be shown when you select your collection store on the Reserve & Collect website.
  1. When you collect your order, if any of the products in your order are on promotion (for example, buy one get one free), and the promotion is better than this offer, then the best available discount will be applied when you purchase your products.
  1. This offer cannot be used with any other money off voucher or discount voucher.
  1. This offer does not apply to tobacco category, and luxury watches.
  1. The usual terms and conditions apply to all Reserve & Collect orders.
