Located in Saint-Hippolyte, on the southern hill of the clay and limestone plateau of Saint-Emilion (11ha). The resulting wine is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, one third of which is matured in new oak barrels. It offers a unique expression of terroir and is distinctively supple on the palate with integrated tannins, even at this early stage. Ageing in French oak barrels: 1/3 in new barrels, 1/3 in barrels of 1 wine and 1/3 in barrels of 2 wines for 12 months.
