Product details
Please note, the image shown may not be representative of the stated vintage. "Vallis polis cellae" means the "valley of many cellars" and this is a clear sign that wine making has ancient origins here. Valpollicella Classico is produced starting from indigenous vines, such as Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. After fermentation process, it is aged in tank and, at the end, in bottle. To taste its liveliness it should be tasted young, but it becomes softer on the palate if aged two-three years.
